Congratulations to the South Burnaby Pirates who lost a hard fought championship final to the undefeated Burnaby Typhoons 10-9.
The team, coached by Erika Yaremko, Kyle Nelson and Eamon McGinley, struggled through the regular season, but pulled it together in the playoffs to obtain a berth in the championship final. Well done!
